This means that when a problem arises, rather than wasting hours finding a solution, you simply report it to us over the telephone or using our Request a Repair form.
Using your smartphone, we’ll ask you to take a photograph and we’ll discuss with you the best way forward. We attend to urgent repairs within a matter of hours, non-urgent repairs within five days.
