We are looking for a Project Manager to join our busy team to oversee and manage our small- to medium-sized projects and teams, from start to finish. You will be enthusiastic, dedicated to providing the very best quality of work and focused on retaining our consistently high reviews. Our team of approximately 20 people all work closely together to provide a supportive and fun environment to learn, develop and enjoy a long-term career. We offer a generous package, which includes a van or motorbike, as well as a mobile phone. Salary is dependant on previous experience. A trade background is essential and managerial experience is desired.
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team and ensure all works run smoothly. You will be responsible for coordinating the work orders between our clients and maintenance teams. You will also be well organised, good at multitasking, proactive and able to anticipate issues in advance of them causing problems for our clients. This role will suit someone sharp, focussed and able to provide a good customer experience. Previous experience is not essential but having worked within the property industry and/or a customer services background, is preferred.
